Long Beach rock trio records new 5-song EP at Hybrid Studios
Produced, mixed, and mastered by distinguished Producer/Engineer Brian Frederick at Hybrid Studios, ‘Con Otros’ is the latest release from Long Beach rock trio, Bearwulf. While the band may be better known locally for their hard rock sound, the new 5-song EP features a more classical, melodic sound and shows the group’s versatility alongside Frederick in studio.
“We wanted to explore a softer, calmer side of the writing process without losing sight of the driving influences that made previous records so great” said Brian Frederick, “These songs that show the band’s ability to write exactly what each song needs and nothing more. There’s no fluff on the record; just great music.”
After finishing second place at Buskerfest in Long Beach, Bearwulf is capping off a successful summer 2016 with no signs of slowing down. Plans are now in motion for a fall tour in support of ‘Con Otros’, and two more EP’s are being developed under Frederick in hopes for a New Years 2017 release.
